Are encouraged to explore design ideas using the library, curriculum paths, or simply by jumping to topics of interest." The meta header had paver as the first optimized keyword. This keyword is followed by pavement, icpi, and georgia which isn't as important as paver. The other words paveshare.org uses is uga. university is included and will not be understood by search engines.
